Matt received both his Honours Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from the University of Toronto then spent a five years working with a Human Resources outsourcing firm based in Vancouver, British Columbia. After relocating to the Maritimes, he enrolled in the Faculty of Law at the University of New Brunswick and received his degree in May 2011. He began articling at MRM shortly thereafter.
Although his legal career is just beginning, Matt has already had the opportunity to gain exposure to a number of different areas in the law. He has always had a keen interest in Employment, Labour and Human Rights Law, making MRM the perfect fit for him.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys keeping himself fit and active. He was a competitive rower for the University of Toronto crew and is a die-hard runner. He is also no slouch in the kitchen and believes that there is no better way to unwind after a long day of mastering legal concepts than to make up an amazing meal for family and friends.
